Tired of being tired and what to do about it

August 09, 20242 min read

In a world where the pace of life is ever-accelerating, feeling constantly tired has mistakenly become the new normal for many. However, enduring a perpetual state of fatigue should not be your status quo. This post will explore my personal strategies to combat physical exhaustion and introduce the benefits of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). With numerous clinical studies backing the efficacy of EFT in promoting relaxation and calmness, it's time to address the root of your stress and embark on a journey towards true recovery. Say goodbye to being tired all the time and unlock the secrets to revitalizing your energy levels.

Recently, I had the opportunity to participate in a groundbreaking clinical study at Bond University in Australia that explored an innovative approach to improving health. The study focused on the use of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), a form of psychological acupressure that involves tapping on specific meridian points on the body. This technique, also known as tapping, was being researched for its potential to enhance eye sight and overall wellbeing.

What struck me most about the study was the emphasis on the necessity of overcoming resistance to change. Change can be challenging, but it's essential for recovery and growth. In the case of EFT, the technique was shown to be even more successful than Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) when it came to improving participants' symptoms. However, the key to its success was consistency; EFT needed to be practiced daily to achieve the best results.

For those feeling tired and stressed, clinical studies like the one at Bond University offer hope. EFT represents a promising solution for those seeking recovery from chronic fatigue and stress-related conditions. By incorporating EFT into your daily routine, you may discover a solution.

EFT tapping calms the entire nervous system in minutes. It does not change the circumstances but I have seen my clients going from crying to smiling in 5 minutes. It is something I teach everyone. Something I learned that was interesting in this study is that people who tap generally maintain the results whereas those with other forms of therapy often relapse within a year and have to go back for more. I must have 30 or more tapping scripts free to use on my YouTube channel @mindalchemists. Give it a try and remember that consistency is key.

I would also like to remind you that anything you put after the words I AM, becomes your reality. The more you say it the truer it becomes. You may argue that it is true and yet saying it just re-enforces this reality. Soften it by saying things like: I choose to be energized, I prefer to feel relaxed and calm, I am relaxing so as to have more energy later. Your words can be your best friend or make you tired.
