Everyday Hypnosis

8 everyday problems and how to resolve these

December 13, 20242 min read

As a hypnotist, I do work and specialize in anxiety. Fortunately there is much more for the client than just quitting a habit such as smoking.

Here is a list of 8 things we can help with

This is for informational purposes only. For medical advice or diagnosis, consult a professional.

Hypnosis can help with a variety of issues by accessing the subconscious mind and making positive changes to thoughts, behaviors, and feelings. Here's how it might help with the conditions you mentioned:

  • Snoring: By relaxing the muscles in the throat and improving breathing patterns. We may suggest that the unconscious mind moves the body during sleep to a different position prior to some snoring

  • Weight management: By addressing emotional eating triggers and building healthier habits. It is said that food is fuel. Anything which is not fuel is an attempt to fill a void.

  • Pain: By reducing stress and anxiety, which can worsen pain perception. Pain is an indicator. It stops you from hurting yourself more. It can be chronic or acute. Pain is similar to itchy sensations or allergies and we can work with these in many ways. Always medicine free and by direct suggestions.

  • Insomnia: We help by promoting relaxation and improving sleep quality. We teach you some self-hypnosis and how to stop negative self-talk.

  • Procrastination: By increasing motivation and breaking down tasks into smaller, more manageable steps.

  • Grief: By processing emotions and finding a sense of peace and acceptance. Grief is normal and the grief period can be reduced from years to weeks.

  • Tinnitus: By reducing the perceived volume of the ringing or buzzing sound.

  • Menopause: By alleviating hot flashes, mood swings, and other symptoms. Remember that anger is like a fire that will burn hotter if fueled with negative emotions.

Hypnosis, self-hypnosis and EFT are just some of the tools we use. I find that the more I do the better the outcome.
